Advantage Testing SSAT Q&A
Am I allowed to use a calculator on the SSAT?
No, calculators are not typically allowed on the SSAT (some students with approved accommodations may be allowed a four-function calculator), but that’s okay! Math questions on the SSAT are written in such a way as to not require lengthy or complex arithmetic calculations best performed on a calculator. The calculations that you will be expected to complete are short enough to finish within the time limits of the test without a calculator.
